Sandy Adams Receives Highest Marks from

Florida Chamber of Commerce

Representative Sandy Adams has received an, ‘A’ from the Florida Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Report Card. This ranking was tabulated from voting records in five areas: business climate, governance, infrastructure, innovation/economic development, and talent. Representative Adam’s voting record displays her support for business owners and working constituents’ legislative priorities.

As Representative for District 33, she has served on the Full Appropriations Council on Education and Economic Development helping to lead the way in positive business initiatives for Florida. Sandy has worked hard to highlight District 33’s pro-job and pro-business stances, and will continue to do so as a congressional leader for District 24.  Representative Adams comments, “Government needs to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit not penalize it with access regulations and needless bureaucracy.”

In a release today, the Florida Chamber included the following statement. “Particularly in an election year, it is so important for business leaders to know which legislators are working to protect their interests,” said Allan Bense, former Speaker of the House and chair-elect of the Florida Chamber Board of Directors. “The Florida Chamber’s Legislative Report Card is one of the best tools out there to help the business community make informed decisions during elections when campaign rhetoric tries to cast a candidate as pro-business when their voting record says otherwise.”

The Florida Chamber applauds the following lawmaker for making pro-business decisions and pro-job legislation their top priorities:
